POWERSOFT grants that all manufactured Products are free from defects in components and factory workmanship under normal use and service for the time as specified below. All warranty repairs and retrofits shall be carried out at POWERSOFT facilities or at an Authorized Service Center at no cost for Products Purchaser.
Term of Guarantee of Module Amplifiers and other products.
Products are covered by 12 (twelve) months from invoice date of unlimited warranty, provided that their installation is carried out in accordance with correct assembly and usage qualified by POWERSOFT.
Term of Guarantee of Rack Amplifiers.
POWERSOFT grants 48 (forty-eight) months of unlimited warranty to the Purchaser beginning with the date of POWERSOFT’ s or Authorised Distributor’s invoice to the end user/customer.
POWERSOFT’ s warranty shall not cover malfunctions or failures due to misuse, abuse, repair work or alteration by non-authorized personnel, incorrect connections, exposure to harsh weather conditions, mechanical damages including shipping accidents and normal wear and tear. POWERSOFT will perform warranty maintenance activity provided that product is returned undamaged.
Return of Goods.
POWERSOFT shall provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to be put in the external packages of goods to be returned. POWERSOFT or its Authorized Service Center has the right to refuse any returned good without RMA number duly applied to the external package.
Repair or replacement.
POWERSOFT reserves the right to repair or replace any defect goods covered under warranty, at its sole discretion and as it deems best.
Cost of and responsibility of transport. The Purchaser (or end user/customer) shall bear all cost and responsibility of transportation to POWERSOFT or its Authorized Service Center. POWERSOFT will cover all cost and responsibility of transportation for returning goods upon repair or replacement.
