Role:

Overview

Solutions Engineer (SE) is a technical role part of the sales BU and is very strategic because contributes to creating and reinforcing relationships with customers and partners at all levels. Primary responsibility is to manage the pre-sales process working alongside the sales team to identify customers’ needs and help them focus on Powersoft products and solutions. To be effective, an SE needs to have technical skills, knowledge of pro audio systems and fixed install solutions, and a strong ability to manage customer interactions. From the customers’ perspective, the SE is a trusted advisor who proactively learns and understands their technical and business challenges and can propose efficient and effective solutions. SE will develop pre-sales activities by conducting discovery calls, delivering presentations, and demonstrating key features and the advantages of Powersoft solutions in coordination with SE Team strategy.
