Business Controller

La risorsa, che si colloca all’interno del team Finance riportando direttamente al Finance Manager, si occuperà di garantire la gestione, la manutenzione e il costante aggiornamento di un sistema di controllo di gestione in linea con le peculiarità aziendali, che consenta di monitorare efficacemente i progetti, la redditività, i costi e le inefficienze dei processi delle società del Gruppo.

Sarà inoltre coinvolta nelle attività di Financial Reporting, Finanza Agevolata e nei progetti direzionali.

Responsabilità principali

  • Gestione del processo di Budgeting, Forecasting e Business Planning anche garantendo il costante miglioramento del processo e degli strumenti informatici
  • Gestione delle attività di Reporting e Closing, in collaborazione col team Accounting, delle attività Finance relative alle società estere controllate.
  • Supporto nelle attività di Closing periodico del Gruppo in collaborazione col team Accounting e monitoraggio delle attività di magazzino, con focus particolare sulle valorizzazioni di Magazzino.
  • Gestione dei progetti di Finanza Agevolata, Tax e altre Operazioni straordinarie.
  • Supporto nei processi, nelle procedure e nel reporting periodico di controllo di gestione (P&L, Cash Flow, Rendiconti Fin. Redditività per Commessa, etc etc)
  • Analisi degli scostamenti e delle performance aziendali e dei KPIs d’area

Technical skills

  • Laurea in Discipline Economiche o equivalenti (Master universitario in Area Finance/Controllo di Gestione)
  • Esperienza di almeno 4 anni in aziende strutturate e multinazionali (è gradita esperienza pregressa nelle società di Revisione)
  • Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti ERP (preferibilmente Oracle JDE) e conoscenza degli strumenti di B.I.
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel Avanzato)
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese

Role

Requirements

Overview

Solutions Engineer (SE) is a technical role part of the sales BU and is very strategic because contributes to creating and reinforcing relationships with customers and partners at all levels. Primary responsibility is to manage the pre-sales process working alongside the sales team to identify customers’ needs and help them focus on Powersoft products and solutions. To be effective, an SE needs to have technical skills, knowledge of pro audio systems and fixed install solutions, and a strong ability to manage customer interactions. From the customers’ perspective, the SE is a trusted advisor who proactively learns and understands their technical and business challenges and can propose efficient and effective solutions. SE will develop pre-sales activities by conducting discovery calls, delivering presentations, and demonstrating key features and the advantages of Powersoft solutions in coordination with SE Team strategy. SE will also provide technical support by responding to technical queries by Customers (Key Accounts, System Integrators, Consultants, Distributors, Manufacturers…), and organize training activities. SE works in cooperation with the Business Development & Sales Departments with the main responsibilities of handling Consultants’ relationships and following big projects.

Responsibility and duties

  • Support all pre-sales phases providing specifications advice, product analysis, technical information, and design solutions for customers’ projects
  • Develop and deliver technical training to Powersoft customers and partners
  • Provide operational support to major installation projects or performance PA systems through remote or on-site activities
  • Analyse tender documents for supporting potential customers and system integrators in their submissions and create technical documents about the proposed solutions
  • Pro-actively represent Powersoft and grow brand awareness in tradeshows, networking events, and client’s visits

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sound Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience with the design and installation of Pro AV systems
  • Strong knowledge of AoIP protocols
  • Training skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Teamwork and active-listening skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work for targets
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, and CRM systems
  • Availability to travel 50% of the time Qualifications that would be a plus

Ruolo

Key Account Manager OEM

The OEM Key Account Manager is responsible for selling complex products and/or services. maintain and develop the strategic relationships with OEM Key Accounts, understanding their business objectives, and aligning them with our cutting-edge technology solutions. The candidate will create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability while meeting clients’ evolving needs. In parallel, he/she will create and maintain budgets, and coordinate with and report to senior management in the company.

The ideal candidate will be based at the company headquarters facility in Firenze, Italy

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of OEM Key Accounts to achieve long-term strategies, maintaining and expanding the customer base in existing and new vertical markets

Project Manager

The successful candidate should report to a Senior PM and have a clear view of the overall process related to product development, manage activities for product improvement and maintenance, and ensure the correct alignment between department needs, business expectations, and technical requirements.

The PM acts as a continuous reference throughout the project delivery in order to meet the key targets in terms of the project delivery schedule.

 

Role:

  • Support the whole product development process in collaboration with the business areas
  • (research and development, engineering, production, marketing, sales, technical assistance);
  • Apply and implement Powersoft project management processes, organisation, and tools;
  • Manage project team, people interaction, and task assignment
  • Avoid as much as possible critical paths into the project plans and take, where possible, time margins for activities;
  • Implement a structured Risk Management Plan, in order to identify and assess the risks,
  • define the action plans and relevant owners to reduce key risks,
  • Monitor and report the overall project status, collaborate with managers in the preparation and presentation of the “work in progress” status,

  • At least 2 years of experience in the role, inside production companies, and Knowledge of planning
