Coerentemente con la crescita e lo sviluppo del business stiamo espandendo ulteriormente la nostra area Operations ricercando nello specifico la figura di Sourcing Manager.

Rispondendo al Direttore Operations, la figura prescelta si occuperà di gestire i flussi di buying e i rapporti con gli attuali fornitori nazionali ed internazionali, su varie tipologie di beni e servizi, ricercando e proponendo anche nuovi partner.

Dovrà inoltre impegnarsi nella creazione di una struttura dedicata di Strategic Sourcing e alla organizzazione di un processo di Analisi della Vendor base e dei Costi, proponendo progetti di saving e ottimizzazione.

La figura ricercata avrà inoltre il compito di supportare costantemente l’area R&D durante il processo di sviluppo dei nuovi prodotti/sistemi per il mercato Audio PRO.

Role

• Gestione ed evoluzione dei fornitori strategici
• Identificazione, selezione e qualifica dei nuovi fornitori
• Gestione dei contratti di acquisto
• Gestione del processo di RFQ
• Analisi e ottimizzazione della Vendor base
• Analisi dei costi e implementazione di azioni di saving
• Attività di reporting e follow up sulle iniziative in corso
• Supporto alle funzioni interne (R&D, Logistica, Qualità)
• Ottimizzazione delle attività relative all’acquisto di materiali indiretti e servizi

Requirements

Must have:

• Laurea e/o solida esperienza maturata in area acquisti di aziende manifatturiere di prodotto tecnologico, all’interno di organizzazioni complesse

• Ottime doti negoziali e di gestione delle relazioni con fornitori e stakeholder strategici

• Capacità di adattamento a contesti fortemente operativi e sfidanti

• Problem solving, leadership e capacità di pianificazione strategica

• Conoscenza sistemi ERP (Oracle JDE opzionale)
• Ottima conoscenza di MS Office/Excel
• Lingua Inglese C1

Ruolo

La posizione opera con indipendenza all’interno dei team interfunzionali di progetto e risponderà al Design Quality Control Team Leader. Ha l’obiettivo di assicurare che il prodotto venga sviluppato, verificato, validato e certificato in conformità ai requisiti interni, esterni e normativi, nel rispetto dei processi e in aderenza al piano di progetto

• Analizzare, i requisiti di qualità del prodotto assegnato (specifiche, norme tecniche e legislative, target di qualità e di affidabilità) perché siano tradotti in obiettivi di progetto.
• Gestire le attività di verifica del design con il team di progettazione.
• Verificare e supportare la corretta gestione dei problemi e dei difetti
• Supportare le attività di Design Review e di Gate Review.
• Preparare reportistica ed eventuale documentazione per il cliente
• Interfacciarsi con il Project Manager per pianificare sul Gantt di progetto date, tempi, durata e risorse necessarie alla preparazione e alla conduzione dei test di validazione del prodotto.
• Definire i criteri, le attrezzature e le procedure per la validazione del prodotto (nuovo o modificato) per garantirne prestazioni, sicurezza, affidabilità e conformità.
• Condurre i test di validazione del prodotto utilizzando strumenti e apparecchiature specialistici.
• Gestire i test di certificazione presso i laboratori selezionati.
• Raccogliere e analizzare i dati per valutare la conformità del prodotto ed emettere il Test Report.
• Identificare eventuali non conformità e collaborare con il team di sviluppo per risolverle.

Requisiti

• Titolo di studio: Laurea in Ingegneria, Scienze o campo correlato.
• Esperienza pregressa nell’ambito qualità, nella validazione del prodotto o in ruoli simili nel settore manifatturiero.
• Conoscenza delle metodologie e degli strumenti di test e validazione del prodotto.
• Capacità di analizzare dati e risultati dei test in modo critico.
• Orientamento ai dettagli e precisione nella documentazione delle attività di validazione
• Orientamento al problem solving, al controllo ed al miglioramento continuo
• Conoscenza tools: applicativi office automation
• Conoscenza lingue: Inglese B1.

For increasing our QA and Test tooling development team in Florence, we are looking for candidates with strong experience in Test Automation to join our dynamic team as an Automation Test Engineer. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including firmware, software, and hardware.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test frameworks for various products (amplifier, desktop software, webapp, mobile app).
• Implement and maintain automated test suites for regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify areas for automation and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
