Coerentemente con la crescita e lo sviluppo del business, stiamo espandendo ulteriormente la nostra organizzazione ricercando nello specifico la figura di After Sales & Service Manager.

Ruolo e Responsabilità

• Definire la strategia di After Sales in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali, sviluppando un modello di assistenza globale che includa riparazioni, supporto tecnico, gestione garanzia e processi post-vendita.
• Coordinare i team di Customer Care, Customer Technical Support e Factory Service Center, garantendo risposte tempestive, accurate e coerenti agli standard aziendali.
• Supervisionare FSC e rete globale degli ASC, assicurando qualità uniforme, rispetto degli SLA, corrette procedure tecniche e adeguata formazione della rete.
• Gestire l’interazione con i clienti (tecnica e non tecnica), assicurando comunicazione chiara, gestione efficace dei reclami e risoluzione rapida delle problematiche complesse.
• Monitorare e ottimizzare le operation del service, incluse riparazioni, turnaround time, gestione ricambi, magazzino dei non conformi e reportistica tecnica.
• Analizzare KPI e trend di guasto, identificando azioni correttive, miglioramenti ai processi e opportunità di ottimizzazione dei costi di garanzia.
• Sviluppare strumenti digitali per il servizio, integrando CRM, ticketing, portali clienti e knowledge base, favorendo una gestione data-driven delle attività.
• Introdurre tecnologie AI e machine learning per diagnosi predittiva, automazione dei flussi, supporto intelligente ai tecnici e miglioramento dell’esperienza cliente.
• Guidare e sviluppare il team, valutando performance, definendo piani di crescita e promuovendo un ambiente di lavoro collaborativo e orientato agli obiettivi.
• Collaborare con Produzione, R&D, Qualità, Sales e Amministrazione, garantendo coerenza dei processi e allineamento sulle azioni di miglioramento.

Requisiti

• Laurea in discipline tecniche (Ingegneria elettronica, gestionale, informatica o affini).
• Preferenziale formazione in Service Management, Quality Management o tecnologie digitali.
• 8–10 anni di esperienza in ruoli di After Sales, Customer Service tecnico o gestione centri assistenza in aziende tecnologiche o manifatturiere.
• Solida esperienza nella gestione di team multidisciplinari e reti di assistenza internazionali.
• Background consolidato nei processi di riparazione, garanzia, diagnostica e service operations.
• Conoscenza dei prodotti elettronici complessi e capacità di supportare team tecnici specializzati.
• Familiarità con sistemi ERP e CRM (preferibile JDE) e con piattaforme di ticketing.
• Conoscenza dei principi di qualità (ISO, gestione non conformità, analisi cause).
• Competenza nell’utilizzo di strumenti digitali e preferibile esperienza con: AI applicata al service, sistemi predittivi, automazione processi di assistenza, analytics e BI.
• Leadership comprovata, capacità di motivare e sviluppare team.
• Orientamento al cliente e forte attitudine al problem solving.
• Capacità analitiche e data-driven per interpretare KPI e guidare decisioni operative.
• Ottima comunicazione, gestione dei conflitti e capacità di relazione con stakeholder interni/esterni.
• Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese, scritto e parlato (livello C1).
• Conoscenza dei principi della qualità e delle norme sui processi di assistenza tecnica.
• Competenze analitiche: capacità di lavorare con dati, KPI e strumenti di analisi per monitorare e migliorare le prestazioni.

For increasing our R&D DSP & Control Team in Florence, we are looking for a DSP & Control Engineer.

ROLE:

• Design and develop of signal processing filters and algorithms.
• Design and develop of feedback control systems.
• Existing product maintenance
• Interact and collaborate with the other team members and the other colleagues

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering and educational background in scientific field
• Digital Signal Processing Theory knowledge: the candidate should be familiar with signal processing concepts such as Z-transform, FFT, design methods for linear and minimum phase FIR filters (such as window method or LQ design method), design methods for IIR/biquad filters, digital frequency analysis, processing algorithms such as Xover, equalization, dynamic EQ, multiband limiter, adaptive filters (such as LMS (Gradient method) for linear and non-linear cases), RLS (Resursive Least Sqare))
• Automatic Control Theory knowledge: the candidate should be familiar with concepts of Automatic Control Theory such as: S-transform (Laplace transform), eigenvalues of a dynamical system, stability observability and controllability of a dynamical system, Sampled Data Control Systems , design of state observers (e.g. Luenberger observer), design of feedback controllers (such as: Direct Synthesis Techniques, PID, optimal LQ Control, feedback linearization, constrained predictive control).
• C language and GIT (source code review systems) knowledge: this knowledge is necessary for the implementation of control and filtering algorithms in our products.
• Ability to meet deadline and adapt to changing priorities and strong problem solving skills
• Matlab/SPICE/Lt-Spice or other electronics simulation tools
• Ability to write and speak in English

For increasing our Firmware Development Team, we are looking for candidates with experience in Embedded systems and in C\C++ development languages.

ROLE:

• Develop and optimize firmware for microcontrollers and embedded systems
• Design, implement, and test code in languages such as C/C++
• Interact and collaborate with the other team members and the other colleagues.
• Analyze and resolve debugging issues, optimizing firmware performance.
• Write technical documentation related to code and development specifications.
• Test firmware in the lab, ensuring reliability and compliance with requirements.
• Follow software development standards and best practices for firmware lifecycle management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields is required: computer science, information technology electronics, electrical engineering
• The candidate should be able to use GIT as version control system and use git flow to work in the projects in which he will be involved.
• The ideal candidate should be proficient with the following languages\technologies:
• C
• C++
• Familiarity with microcontroller architectures (ARM Cortex, NXP RT, AVR, etc.).
• Experience with debugging and programming tools (JTAG, SWD, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
• Knowledge of communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, USB, Ethernet, etc.).
• Understanding of basic electronics and ability to read electrical schematics.
• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) is a plus.
• A knowledge of network protocols and communications is also desiderable.
• Good problem solving skills and willingness to learn
• Passion or knowledge in the audio domain and\or for open source projects is definitely a plus.
• A combination of hardware and software skills would be a great advantage.
• Good communication skills in English, written and spoken.
