What can be reported?
Suspected cybersecurity vulnerabilities affecting Powersoft hardware products, embedded firmware, software, or product-related interfaces. This channel is intended for product-security matters rather than routine technical assistance or commercial enquiries.
What to include
- Product name or model, firmware/software version and, when relevant, operating environment.
- A concise description of the suspected issue and why it may affect confidentiality, integrity or availability.
- Reproduction details, relevant logs or proof-of-concept material, when safe to share.
- Any observed exploitation or immediate risk to deployed users, clearly indicated as urgent.
- A means of contacting you for clarification or follow-up.
Protect sensitive information
Do not send passwords, private keys, customer datasets, personal data or full exploit artefacts in an initial unencrypted email. State that secure exchange is required, and await instructions from the receiving team. Please avoid publicly disclosing unresolved vulnerability details before a coordinated review.
Next steps
The report will be directed to the designated product-security contacts for assessment and escalation. If necessary, the company will coordinate appropriate mitigations, updates and user communications. Specific acknowledgement and resolution targets must be approved internally before publication.
