Festival Provincia Emergente had BALS services and Powersoft amps

Buenos Aires, Argentina. September 6th, 2016 –With more than 130 artists per day, Buenos Aires Government presented from July 1st to 3rd the first edition of its Festival Provincia Emergente, trusting in the experience and services Buenos Aires Live Show.

Over three days, the Estadio Único de La Plata stadium gathered 120,000 people that could enjoy different activities like photo samples, street dance, a 360° dome, cinema, conferences, concerts, parkour, street art, stand up, longboard, digital space, albums store, book store, the Fuerza Bruta show and electronic music, in different spaces set up inside the stadium.

One of them was the main stage where BALS assembled a JBL sound system containing 46 x Vertec 4889-1s speakers and 18 x All Access 2x21” subwoofers, having two Yamaha PM5D RH consoles for control and 36 Powersoft K10 amplifiers in charge of providing audio power and clarity, distributed in eight racks – two per PA side, one per side for outfill and one per side for sub.

“As in every show where we use Powersoft, we felt safe in every aspect. The right word would be ‘coherence’ among all factor: audio clarity and power”, commented Diego Aballay, Audio Technical Manager at BALS, at the time of writing this article.

“Using all Powersoft K10 amplification, I was sure everything was going to be OK thanks to its versatility in power. I work a lot with its Max Output Voltage and that way I get maximum power in my hands”, he added.

As in all their project, wether they are live or corporative, BALS had once again support and technical service by Equaphon – Powersoft distributor in Argentina – whose technician Lionel Esquivel was present all the time during the development of the festival.

It is important to say that different Argentine artists and bands performed on the main stage, like Carajo, Sig Ragga, Dread Mar I, Estelares and Los Brujos, while the whole festival closed with a special show of Illya Kuryaki and The Valderramas.
