Powersoft has always been very focused on energy saving and the use of the Power Factor Correction (PFC) has been a trademark for improving performance and containing mains current draw and consumption.
In any amplifier output stage, the efficiency is a function of the difference in the output voltage delivered to the load and the rails voltage delivered from the power supply.
Power Sharing enables part of the power to be shared across all output channels so that it can be used where it is needed the most.
With modern systems growing larger in size, the resistance that is added by lengthy cable runs starts to become an issue.
