Powersoft has adopted a Whistleblowing Procedure in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, which was issued in compliance with Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019, concerning the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and containing provisions regarding the protection of persons who report breaches of national laws.
Whistleblowers, as defined in the Procedure, and third parties may make reports, including anonymous ones, in written or oral form, concerning unlawful conduct or acts of which they become aware in the course of their work.
