Role

  • Leading Electroacoustic Developments and Integration with Inhouse Electronic Technologies

Requirements

QUALITY ASSURANCE TEAM LEADER

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Quality Assurance Group and Quality Control Group to establish quality requirements across the business to drive quality improvements and low product and process fault rate
  • Develop, implement and coordinate product quality assurance programs to prevent or eliminate new or existing product defects through the Quality team
  • Support in the collection of approval of product test reports
  • Measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements to ensure products defined to appropriate quality level and cost and increase efficiency
  • Perform regular quality assessments based on ISO 9001 quality standard
  • Contributes to development and continuous improvement of necessary audio systems to assure compliance to worldwide regulations and corporate policies
  • Internal Non-Conformity Analysis (Root Cause Analysis – Corrective Actions)
  • Analysis of Customer Reports and Analysis and Application of Corrective Actions (8D)
  • Resolve quality and compliance related issues in a timely manner
  • Creation of a culture of innovation within the Quality organization

Requirements:

  • Experience in Quality Assurance
  • Auditor qualification
  • Understanding of quality systems and auditing standards
  • Knowledge of the ISO 9001 quality standard
  • Strong understanding of factory processes, quality control standards, testing & product fitting techniques
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Product Management Specialist

 

Role:

The Product Management Specialist works as part of a Product Manager Team and is responsible for conceiving products and output systems for the professional audio industry. The ideal candidate will be someone with extensive experience in the professional Audio/Visual market.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in audio system design ad a blend of business and technical competencies and will collaborate proactively and extensively with a cross-functional team setting to support the product through its entire life cycle. A key expectation of this role is the ability to collaborate with key customers, developers, and System Architects to define product innovation points, assess the feasibility of product requirements, and support the development process.

 

Tasks And Responsibilities:

  • Deliver detailed product requirements that reflect the company’s strategic direction and market needs.
  • Proactively conduct research and establish interaction with key customers to define and frame what to build.
  • Interact with relevant cross-functional teams to guide feasibility studies and create the requirements documentation that allows the development of high-value products.
  • Extensively support engineering teams during the development of products.
  • Support product manuals definition, datasheets, technical presentations, and other product-related literature.
  • Support product launch activities in collaboration with relevant departments, including the definition of the product messaging and selling points.
  • Maintain a close relationship with key customers and verify that the product addresses their needs.

 

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in the Audio/Visual industry.
  • Strong technology background in Audio technologies with attention to acoustic design, transducers and processing
  • Demonstrated experience in a role that involves direct interaction with customers.
  • Demonstrated experience in defining solutions for customer problems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and to successfully operate in a cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to make technical and non-technical presentations to all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
  • Ability to overcome obstacles.
  • Travel availability

For increasing our Software development Team in Florence, we are looking for a Junior Software Developer with knowledge in .NET\C# development language.

ROLE:

  • Design, develop and deliver software to remotely control our products over proprietary protocols
  • Design and develop restful WebApi that interacts with different clients and WebServices
  • Extend functionalities of existent software
  • Refactor existent code
  • Interact and collaborate with the other team members and the other colleagues

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, electronics, and electrical engineering. A master’s degree is definitely a plus.
  • Knowledge of C# and the .NET Framework (>=4.6)
  • Knowledge of WPF

The position implies direct involvement in the management of the ERP system (Oracle JDE), user support and other vertical applications (CRM, E-Commerce, PLM, WMS, MES).

All’interno dell’area Planning & Purchasing, la risorsa si occuperà della pianificazione degli ordini di produzione e del richiamo dei materiali necessari, con l’obiettivo di creare un piano fattibile ed allineato alle scadenze degli Ordini di Vendita dei clienti.

Provvederà inoltre alla manutenzione dei dati anagrafici del sistema gestionale, al fine di garantire il corretto funzionamento dell’MRP aziendale e dei processi operativi di produzione.

Con una esperienza trascorsa all’interno di organizzazioni strutturate, si ricerca un candidato/a, con specifica competenza nel ruolo, che abbia maturato un significativo percorso all’interno di aziende manifatturiere.

Responsabilità principali

  • Analizza ed implementa i suggerimenti del sistema MRP, relativi al rilascio, anticipo e posticipo degli Ordini di Produzione
  • Verifica la coerenza del Piani Produzione con l’arrivo dei materiali necessari
  • Risolve eventuali problematiche relative a carico di lavoro e disponibilità delle risorse
  • Provvede alla gestione logistica dei materiali fra i magazzini di produzione
  • Garantisce un continuo e corretto flusso di informazioni, verso l’area Commerciale, relativo alle scadenze di produzione
  • Controlla e propone azioni di miglioramento al fine di massimizzare il livello di On Time Delivery
  • Provvede all’inserimento e manutenzione delle anagrafiche di prodotto integrandola con i parametri logistici e operativi, necessari al funzionamento del sistema gestionale
  • Si interfaccia con la funzione Purchasing per il richiamo dei materiali

Technical skills

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale
  • Precedente esperienza in area pianificazione in aziende manifatturiere
  • Conoscenza sistemi ERP (Oracle JDE opzionale)
  • Ottima conoscenza di MS Office/Excel
  • Lingua Inglese B1
