Responsibilities:

  • Work with Quality Assurance Group and Quality Control Group to establish quality requirements across the business to drive quality improvements and low product and process fault rate
  • Develop, implement and coordinate product quality assurance programs to prevent or eliminate new or existing product defects through the Quality team
  • Support in the collection of approval of product test reports
  • Measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements to ensure products defined to appropriate quality level and cost and increase efficiency
  • Perform regular quality assessments based on ISO 9001 quality standard

Electronic Buyer

 

All’interno dell’area Operations/Acquisti, la risorsa si occuperà di gestire i rapporti con gli attuali fornitori nazionali ed internazionali, riferiti al mercato della Componentistica Elettronica.

Avrà inoltre il compito di supportare costantemente l’area R&D durante il processo di sviluppo di nuovi prodotti, con l’obiettivo di diventare progressivamente la principale interfaccia per il sourcing dei componenti.

Con una esperienza trascorsa all’interno di organizzazioni strutturate, si ricerca un candidato/a, con specifica competenza nel mondo della componentistica elettronica, che abbia maturato un significativo percorso all’interno di uffici acquisti di aziende manifatturiere, conoscendone a fondo le logiche operative.

Responsabilità principali

  • Identificazione e selezione di nuovi fornitori di componentistica elettronica
  • Gestione del processo di RFQ e aggiornamento del sistema ERP aziendale

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with decision makers across all sectors of the AV Industry.

Systems Administrator

 

will provide critical and timely local / In-Region Support (US) of Powersoft US Hardware, Software, and Cloud infrastructures. The position requires day-to-day interaction with Powersoft’s US Employees to troubleshoot and resolve a wide variety of computer and software issues. In addition, this position will manage Powersoft’s ticket / RMA system in coordination with our Authorized Service Centers and liaison with our main global IT / ERP and Service team based in Italy.

 

Main Functions:

  • Support and troubleshoot network, hardware, and software problems for Powersoft US Office and remote employees.
  • Administration, management, and maintenance of Office IT / LAN/ WAN / VPN network infrastructure including security and door access. (Ubiquiti UDM Pro.)
  • Creation of new user accounts on various software packages as required
  • Workstation hardware/software maintenance including license and backup management
  • Support of warehouse IT equipment including Zebra Printers & Scanners
  • Keeps accurate information on network/software structures in departmental reporting software.
  • Develop and create Standardized Work Instructions, procedures, and document Best Practices for common tasks
  • Develop proficiency with Powersoft products, specifications, and networking requirements
  • Provide IT and network support to Powersoft sales and solutions engineering team as required to support client projects.
  • Support and maintain VPN connections used by MS RDP, MS Azure, QuickBooks.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Azure AD, O365 / Exchange, and SharePoint administration.
  • Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation
  • Support existing VoIP infrastructure (MS Teams / Business Voice)
  • Support of Windows & Apple computers as well as iOS and Android mobile devices
  • MS Teams Rooms & associated AV hardware for remote meetings (Cameras, Sound Bars, etc.)
  • Serves as liaison between Powersoft SpA IT / ERP Help Desk Team and US Office / Personnel
  • Support cloud / SaaS tools including eCommerce portal and ODBC
  • Support the Sales team with custom reports and data developed in Excel, MS Power BI, or similar.
  • Familiar with QuickBooks Enterprise in a multi-user / hosted environment
  • Familiar with SaaS environment including eCommerce, EDI, SalesForce CRM
  • Experience with use and migration to enterprise ERP such as Oracle / JDE
  • Follows all safety rules to ensure a safe workplace
  • Assist logistics and fulfillment team as required

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • 2-5 Years’ experience in Systems Administration.
  • Must understand network TCP/IP, switch configurations, and firewall settings.
  • Project management skills are required.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with all levels of the organization.
  • Must be a team player

Job Description:

Based at Powersoft’s new US Headquarters in Flanders, NJ, the ideal candidate possesses a strong positive attitude oriented toward providing the highest level of customer service with previous experience in customer service and inside sales. This position serves as a key member of the Sales Support team and supports Powersoft’s customers, Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance Teams. The position will answer to the Operations / Sales Support Team Leader but will be expected to coordinate independently with other departments.

 

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Initiates, coordinates, and executes sales and customer support among all departments.
  • Verifies accuracy of and ensures Sales Orders are entered and forwarded to accounting and logistics
  • Gains and retains extensive product application knowledge as well as a detailed comprehension of customers’ requirements.
  • Maintains accurate records in company CRM.
  • Qualifies and distributes inbound sales leads via CRM.
  • Assists Sales Team in preparation of quotes and sales orders.
  • Assists Sales Team with tracking and reporting of sales pipeline and opportunities.
  • Works closely with logistic, warehouse, and inventory managers to address backorders or other shipping/inventory issues.
