For increasing our Embedded Software Development Team, we are looking for candidates with experience in linux embedded systems and in C\C++ development languages.

 

Role:

  • Interact and collaborate with the other team members and the other colleagues;
  • Design and implement embedded software that will run in our products;
  • Develop Linux kernel driver;
  • Create and build recipes for Yocto;

 

Requirements:

The candidate should be able to use GIT as a version control system and use GIT flow to work on the projects in which he will be involved.

The ideal candidate should be proficient with the following languages\technologies:

  • C;
  • C++;
  • Linux kernel (EMBEDDED);

 

Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies would be an advantage:

  • GLib
  • Yocto
  • Knowledge of network protocols and communications is also desirable
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, electronics, electrical engineering
  • Passion or knowledge in the audio domain is definitely a plus
  • A combination of hardware and software skills would be a great advantage
  • Good communication skills in English, written and spoken

IT DEVELOPER

La risorsa, affiancata dal coordinatore dell’area, sarà focalizzata sull’ integrazione, sviluppo e manutenzione degli applicativi che supportano l’operatività aziendale, a seguito degli input ricevuti dal team di analisti funzionali.

Ruolo:

  • Sviluppare procedure a supporto dell’operatività quotidiana, integrando progressivamente gli strumenti di Visual builder dell’ambiente Oracle
  • Sviluppare servizi nell’area privata del website aziendale
  • Manutenere le procedure di interfaccia fra i moduli applicativi interni
  • Realizzare workflow sulla intranet aziendale, in ambiente Sharepoint
  • Acquisire esperienza dell’ambiente Azure
  • Provvedere al supporto degli utenti interni sulle tematiche di competenza, tramite il sistema di helpdesk
  • Acquisire esperienza sui principali applicativi interni
  • Oracle JDE, Reporting Oracle BI, CRM Salesforce)

 

Requisiti

Skills tecniche:

Formazione:

As Powersoft continues to expand its operations in the Americas, we are seeking to hire a full-time Inside Sales Coordinator.

The following position is for Powersoft Advanced Technologies Corp based at Powersoft’s new US Headquarters in Flanders, NJ. The ideal candidate possesses a strong positive attitude oriented toward providing the highest level of customer service with previous experience in customer service and inside sales. This position serves as the central point of contact for all customer service activities and functions as a liaison between Powersoft’s customers, Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance Teams. The position will answer to the GM / COO of Powersoft Americas but will be expected to coordinate independently with other departments.

Inside Sales Coordinator

Role

  • Initiates, coordinates, and executes sales and customer support among all departments
  • Verifies accuracy of and ensures Sales Orders are entered and forwarded to accounting and logistics
  • Gains and retains extensive product application knowledge as well as a detailed comprehension of customer’s requirements
  • Maintains accurate records in company CRM
  • Qualifies and distributes inbound sales leads via CRM
  • Assists Sales Team in preparation of quotes and sales orders
  • Assists Sales Team with tracking and reporting of sales pipeline and opportunities
  • Assists GM with Sales Forecasting and other reports as required
  • Prepare Sales Commission reports for Finance
  • Generates and edits complex spreadsheets
  • Assists in development and implementation of systems and procedures as needed
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
  • Assists with special projects as assigned
  • Assists in coordination and planning of trade show and other event participation as required
  • May be asked to participate in or travel to business/trade events occasionally

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in similar customer support or sales role
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in CRM (SalesForce), MS Office, MS Teams, and QuickBooks

As Powersoft continues to expand our Operations in the Americas, we are seeking to hire a full-time Audio Solutions Specialist.

The following position is for Powersoft Advanced Technologies Corp. based at the new US Headquarters in Flanders, NJ.

The ideal candidate is an audio professional with direct experience in the installation of professional AV Systems. Must possess a strong positive attitude oriented toward providing the highest level of customer service.

This position will answer to the GM / COO of Powersoft Americas but will be expected to coordinate independently with other departments including Operations, Logistics, and Sales.

Solutions Engineer Specialist

Role

  • Provide primary pre and post-sales technical support to the internal and external sales team, dealers, consultants, and end-users. Support also includes, but is not limited to, specification advice, competitive product analysis, technical copy, and market research
  • Process RMA and service requests/Management of RMA Ticket System
  • Troubleshoot/verify the status of returned product & Coordinate RMA Status with Powersoft Factory Authorized Service Centers (FASC)
  • Coordinate technical support with other members of Powersoft’s Global Solutions Team
  • Provide operational support to major installation projects through remote assistance as needed
  • Update CRM and ticketing system to document activities
  • Development and delivery of sales presentations and product demonstration
  • Management, creation, and delivery of technical sales training and certification
  • Educate and identify technical requirements of current and prospective customers
  • Maintain the highest knowledge of Powersoft and competitors’ products and industry standards
  • May be required to represent Powersoft at trade shows and participate in or lead training and product demos at client sites or regional events

Requirements

Must have

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar product support role
  • Experience with design and installation of AV systems
  • Experience working with System Integrators and/or AV Consultants
  • Familiarity with IT networks and audio distribution protocols like AVB, Dante, AES67, and Q-Sys
  • Must be able to lead training classes and sessions both in-person and virtual
  • Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with SalesForce or comparable CRM and support ticket systems
  • Competence in general computer skills including Microsoft 365 Suite, PowerPoint & MS Teams
  • Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and time management skills

Nice to have

  • AVIXA Certification(s)
  • EASE modeling and/or AutoCAD experience
  • Live sound experience
  • Bilingual / Spanish
