The DigiMod 1500 is a high-power Class D amplifier module delivering up to 2x750W on 4Ω and 1x1500W on 8Ω in bridged mode, ideal for a wide range of applications such as mid to high power subwoofers, 2-way line array modules, stage monitors or active mixers. Powersoft premium Class D technology guarantees excellent audio performances with fixed frequency switch mode output stages for immunity to intermodulation artifacts, and thanks to the new “Control Plus” board allowing to achieve +6dB more in terms of Signal-to-Noise Ratio. Compactness is one of the key features of the DigiMod 1500: power supply, output stage, DSP board, and connectors are all included in a single, small, lightweight, and protected chassis, and the perfect compatibility with the other DigiMod Series modules allows to minimize efforts for mechanical development of different products. As for all Powersoft modules, powerful DSP boards are available, specifically designed by Powersoft to perfectly fit with the amplifier and to shape the sound of the loudspeaker with a full range of processing algorithms.
