For increasing our Embedded Software Development Team, we are looking for candidates with experience in linux embedded systems and in C\C++ development languages.

 

Role:

  • Interact and collaborate with the other team members and the other colleagues;
  • Design and implement embedded software that will run in our products;
  • Develop Linux kernel driver;
  • Create and build recipes for Yocto;

 

Requirements:

The candidate should be able to use GIT as a version control system and use GIT flow to work on the projects in which he will be involved.

The ideal candidate should be proficient with the following languages\technologies:

  • C;
  • C++;
  • Linux kernel (EMBEDDED);

 

Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies would be an advantage:

  • GLib
  • Yocto
  • Knowledge of network protocols and communications is also desirable
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, electronics, electrical engineering
  • Passion or knowledge in the audio domain is definitely a plus
  • A combination of hardware and software skills would be a great advantage
  • Good communication skills in English, written and spoken

BUSINESS CONTROLLER

La risorsa riportando direttamente al Finance Manager, si occuperà di garantire la gestione, la manutenzione e il costante aggiornamento di un sistema di controllo di gestione in linea con le peculiarità aziendali, che consenta di monitorare efficacemente i progetti, la redditività, i costi e le inefficienze dei processi delle società del Gruppo.Sarà inoltre coinvolta nelle attività di Financial Reporting, Finanza Agevolata e nei progetti direzionali.

Responsabilità principali

  • Gestione del processo di Budgeting, Forecasting e Business Planning anche garantendo il costante miglioramento del processo e degli strumenti informatici
  • Gestione delle attività di Reporting e Closing, in collaborazione col team Accounting, delle attività Finance relative alle società estere controllate
  • Supporto nelle attività di Closing periodico del Gruppo in collaborazione col team Accounting e monitoraggio delle attività di magazzino, con focus particolare sulle valorizzazioni di Magazzino
  • Gestione dei progetti di Finanza Agevolata, Tax e altre Operazioni straordinarie
  • Supporto nei processi, nelle procedure e nel reporting periodico di controllo di gestione (P&L, Cash Flow, Rendiconti Fin. Redditività per Commessa, etc etc)
  • Analisi degli scostamenti e delle performance aziendali e dei KPIs d’area

Technical skills

  • Laurea in Discipline Economiche o equivalenti (Master universitario in Area Finance/Controllo di Gestione)
  • Esperienza di almeno 4 anni in aziende strutturate e multinazionali (è gradita esperienza pregressa nelle società di Revisione)
  • Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti ERP (preferibilmente Oracle JDE) e conoscenza degli strumenti di B.I.
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel Avanzato)
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese

Product Manager

Role:

The Product Manager will be responsible for conceiving hardware and software products for the professional audio industry. The ideal candidate will either be an experienced Product Manager or someone with extensive experience in the professional Audio/Visual market.

The successful candidate will possess a blend of business and technical competencies and will collaborate proactively and extensively with a cross-functional team setting to support the product through its entire life cycle. A key expectation of this role is the ability to collaborate with key customers, developers, and System Architects to define product innovation points, assess the feasibility of product requirements, and support the development process.

 

Tasks And Responsibilities:

  • Deliver product requirements that reflect the company strategic direction and market needs.
  • Proactively conduct research and establish interaction with key customers to define and frame what to build.
  • Assess business opportunities for new products and features, including existing product line extensions and enhancements.
  • Interact with relevant cross-functional teams to guide feasibility studies and create the requirements documentation that allows the development of high-value products.

QUALITY ASSURANCE TEAM LEADER

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Quality Assurance Group and Quality Control Group to establish quality requirements across the business to drive quality improvements and low product and process fault rate
  • Develop, implement and coordinate product quality assurance programs to prevent or eliminate new or existing product defects through the Quality team
  • Support in the collection of approval of product test reports
  • Measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements to ensure products defined to appropriate quality level and cost and increase efficiency
  • Perform regular quality assessments based on ISO 9001 quality standard
  • Contributes to development and continuous improvement of necessary audio systems to assure compliance to worldwide regulations and corporate policies
  • Internal Non-Conformity Analysis (Root Cause Analysis – Corrective Actions)
  • Analysis of Customer Reports and Analysis and Application of Corrective Actions (8D)
  • Resolve quality and compliance related issues in a timely manner

All’interno dell’area Operations/Acquisti, la risorsa si occuperà di gestire i rapporti con gli attuali fornitori nazionali ed internazionali, riferiti al mercato della Componentistica Elettronica.
