In line with both our growth and business development, we are further expanding our company by researching for our Sales BU – Solution Engineering Department – a:

SOLUTION ENGINEER – AUDIO PRO

Role:

The Solutions Engineer (SE) is a technical role with a focus on customers/partners and is part of the sales organization. SE’s primary responsibility is to support the pre-sales process working alongside the sales team to identify customer’s needs and help them focus on Powersoft products and solutions:

  • Support all pre-sales phases with specifiers, partners, potential customers, according to the sales team providing specification advice, product analysis, technical information, designing customized solutions for customer’s projects, and systems configuration support.
  • Develop and deliver product /solution presentations and demonstrations, and identify technical requirements of current and potential customers.
  • Provide operational support to major installation projects or performance PA systems through remote assistance and on-site system commissioning.
  • Analyse tenders documents for supporting potential customer and system integrator submission and create technical documents about the specific proposed solution.
  • Delivery of technical sales training for specifiers, house accounts, manufacturers, and distribution partners.
  • Proactively represent Powersoft and grow brand awareness with key system integrators, consultants, and end-users through tradeshows, client visits…

Location: the role is based in Powersoft HQ in Scandicci – Florence

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sound Engineering or Electronic/Telecommunication
  • At least 3 years of experience with design and installation of AV systems
  • Understanding of IT networks
  • Training skills (host and handle technical training classes)
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Teamwork and active-listening skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivation and able to work for targets
  • Familiar in using Windows OS, Network tools, Office suite, CRM system
  • Fluent in English and Italian speaking and writing
  • Availability to traveling 50% of the time

Nice to have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in selling solutions and/or bid management (also not ProAudio)
  • Able to speak a 2nd and/or 3rd language
  • Understanding of audio distribution protocols, like Dante, AES67, AVB, Milan…
  • Familiarity with control systems like Crestron, QSC, Symetrix…

Sales Business Development China – Audio Industry

Based on China, Reporting to WW Sales Director, the primary scope of this role is developing business (finding projects by developing relationships with clients/end users/design institutes) and feeding business leads to our distributors’ partners with securing maximum possible Powersoft products being specified for the project.

Role:

  • Generate new business using existing and potential industry contacts network
  • Set, track, and achieve sales targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Perform field travel within designated distributors, chinese territories to build brand recognition and relationships with field sales and influencer community
  • Contribute and implement Company’s marketing programs
  • Research and report on all aspects of the industry, including competition and China market scenarios
  • Make recommendations on product enhancements for improved sales potential
  • Collect customer feedback and market research

Requirements:

  • A minimum of proven 5 years of experience in sales management in International organisations (the Professional Audio Industry or related constitutes a preferred requirement)
  • Chinese mother tongue, plus English advanced working knowledge, written and spoken
  • Sales Leadership: business acumen with a problem-solving attitude, strong interpersonal skills, excellent motivational skills, ability to absorb pressure that comes
  • Time management: ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time, ability to be flexible and to handle multiple projects simultaneously, ability to work with little or no supervision

For increasing our Embedded Software Development Team, we are looking for candidates with experience in linux embedded systems and in C\C++ development languages.

 

Role:

  • Interact and collaborate with the other team members and the other colleagues;
  • Design and implement embedded software that will run in our products;
  • Develop Linux kernel driver;
  • Create and build recipes for Yocto;

 

Requirements:

The candidate should be able to use GIT as a version control system and use GIT flow to work on the projects in which he will be involved.

The ideal candidate should be proficient with the following languages\technologies:

  • C;
  • C++;
  • Linux kernel (EMBEDDED);

 

Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies would be an advantage:

  • GLib
  • Yocto
  • Knowledge of network protocols and communications is also desirable
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, electronics, electrical engineering
  • Passion or knowledge in the audio domain is definitely a plus
  • A combination of hardware and software skills would be a great advantage
  • Good communication skills in English, written and spoken

Role:

  • Design, develop, and deliver software to remotely control our products over proprietary protocols;
  • Design and develop restful WebApi that interacts with different clients and WebServices;
  • Extend functionalities of existent software;
  • Refactor existent code;
  • Interact and collaborate with the other team members and the other colleagues;

 

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, electronics, electrical engineering. A master’s degree is definitely a plus;
  • Knowledge of C# and the .NET Framework (>=4.6);
  • Knowledge of WPF;
  • Knowledge of WebApi and Angular 2+ knowledge is a plus;
  • GIT as version control system and git flow to work in the projects in which he will be involved;
  • A knowledge of network protocols and communications is also desiderable;
  • Passion for coding;
  • Ability to meet deadline and adapt to changing priorities and strong problem solving skills;
  • Good communication skills in English;

IT DEVELOPER

La risorsa, affiancata dal coordinatore dell’area, sarà focalizzata sull’ integrazione, sviluppo e manutenzione degli applicativi che supportano l’operatività aziendale, a seguito degli input ricevuti dal team di analisti funzionali.

Ruolo:

  • Sviluppare procedure a supporto dell’operatività quotidiana, integrando progressivamente gli strumenti di Visual builder dell’ambiente Oracle
  • Sviluppare servizi nell’area privata del website aziendale
  • Manutenere le procedure di interfaccia fra i moduli applicativi interni
  • Realizzare workflow sulla intranet aziendale, in ambiente Sharepoint
  • Acquisire esperienza dell’ambiente Azure
  • Provvedere al supporto degli utenti interni sulle tematiche di competenza, tramite il sistema di helpdesk
  • Acquisire esperienza sui principali applicativi interni
  • Oracle JDE, Reporting Oracle BI, CRM Salesforce)

 

Requisiti

SALES ACCOUNT EMEA – DISTRIBUTION AUDIO PRO

Ruolo:

  • Riportando al Sales Distribution Manager, una volta allineato sugli obiettivi e delineate le linee guida, dovrà ottenere i risultati di revenues rispettando le deadlines di budget
  • Gestione e Sviluppo attivo dell’area geografica di riferimento DACH + Central & East Europe in termini di sviluppo di reti di distributori e Key Client allineati alla strategia assegnata
  • Supporto alla definizione delle politiche legate alla distribuzione
  • Agevola il risultato sales mediante ottimizzazione delle relazioni interne (logistica, marketing, finance, R&D ed esterne (del distributore)
  • Gestione dinamiche legate al processo di gestione dei clienti (CRM/SalesForce) e alle opportune attività di reporting, backoffice e data collection/entry
  • Gestione progetti complessi (quali ad esempio installazioni amplificatori), seguendoli dalla nascita alla realizzazione e fornendo adeguato follow-up in tutte le fasi della negoziazione

Requisiti:

  • Laurea ed Esperienza di SALES MANAGEMENT maturato in strutturate aziende AUDIO PROFESSIONALE o TECH INDUSTRY
    Opportune competenze di:
  • negoziazione, conflict management e problem solving gestendo interlocutori e progetti complessi
  • proattività e dinamismo, sarà basato a Firenze presso il ns HQ ma potrà viaggiare anche fino al 50% del tempo
  • Must have: Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese
  • Nice to have: lingua tedesca o francese
